Unless you have been on another planet for the past several days, you know about the iPhone. Tech geeks around the globe are sporting woodies until June, when it is released. See my post below if you have not seem the keynote from Steve Jobs introducing and using the iPhone. It is well worth the watch. The hype however has now settled and folks are looking at it in more depth and pessimism is on the rise. So I urge you to take a look at the CNET article. However, keep something in mind that I think the author forgot. It is an Apple product. All the things you dislike about the iPod, sealed battery, only working with iTunes, having to go to Apple for support, etc. None of these things have changed - it is an Apple product. Apple is a proprietary product company, that charges a premium price for all their products, and everything is close source. …and how has that been working for them? Yeah, pretty damn well. Why, oh why, would they change?
