Sorry but I find no virtue in standing on one's principles when they are so horribly, clearly wrong. I hold the man personally responsible for the deaths of many early victims of AIDS and for being a large factor in the continued racism present in my beloved North Carolina. I'm not going to say I'm glad he's dead, but I sure as hell ain't grieving.

I was not exposed to D&D early in life. I don't think I every played a game. Maybe that explains some things. I fall into the diagram at "Taught Yourself Pascal" and end up at "Doubting the technical accuracy of this diagram" by way of "PERL".

I agree that time limited and that one must prioritize where they spend their time. I also find that it is helpful ti have some services integrated. I don't like having yet another app to install be able to do something with a service. One thing I liked about Twitter is that I could integrate it with my IM. Tweets would come through my IM and I could tweet through IM as well. With so many services, it is hard to get a unified presence from people you want to stay connected with. I don't spend time hanging out on Facebook so I dont' see things as the happen. I am usually in email regularly so i can get updates that way. I'm even less in my Reader and get updates that way. I guess I'm more of a lurker because I don't have methods by which to share things, except through Gmail and Reader. I think Beer Friday is a better way to stay connected than any social networking site! ;-) Cheers!

I'm no expert on this movie or the guy that wrote it, but in the few articles I've read about it, the guy mostly has issue with the Catholic Church. i have issue with some of the ways and teachings of the Catholic Church as well so no complaint there. I think some people are getting riled up because they see the movie/author as being deceptive in promoting this movie as a children's Christmas movie when the kids in the movie go off to kill God. Oops! These are the things that I want to verify about the author's intent and purpose. I agree with you David, if one movie causes someone to question their faith, then they are already reeds swaying in the wind.

Wow, now did this bring back memories of growing up. I remember ziping in and out of traffic on Atlantic Ave and Fulton St., glad my mom didn't know what we were doing. Did you notice the skitching part? Grabbing a ride on that car. And the song was the perfect fit for this video, really expressed a sense of freedom

Whining? Whining? Yes, I'm whining. When you become a Onenote PowerNote user such as myself, you'll see the importance of porting it to the Mac. I'm trying Zoho Notebook but it's still beta and missing a lot of features right now. But yes, PLEASE, PLEASE port OneNote to the Mac. I'm whining, begging, pleading and cursing.
